How is Cloud Clinic priced?
Pricing is per location, per month — $99 for Starter, $249 for Growth, and $499 for Network. A 3-location Growth practice pays $249 × 3. Every tier includes unlimited providers, bundled storage, and a monthly allowance of patient communications (texts, emails, video minutes). Specialized modules like Concierge, Events, Courses, and Wholesale — plus AI token packs — attach as add-ons to any plan. We don’t charge per encounter. What happens if I go over my included messages?
Nothing breaks. Usage beyond your monthly allowance bills as simple per-unit overage (e.g. $0.04 per extra text) from your prepaid communications balance. Turn on auto-reload and it tops up automatically, and you’ll always see real-time usage in your dashboard — no surprise invoices.
How does AI pricing work?
AI — Scribe, Encounter Summaries, Aesthetic Analysis, Blood Analysis, Peptide and Health Recommendations — is sold as a standalone token pack that attaches to any plan, so you only pay for AI if you use it. Packs are simple monthly token pools per location; you never pick a model or do math. Usage past the pool bills as transparent per-1,000-token overage from your prepaid balance.
Do I need a separate EHR?
No. Cloud Clinic IS your EHR. Charting, problem lists, allergies, vitals, encounter notes, prescriptions, labs, and the patient timeline all live in Cloud Clinic.
How long does implementation take?
Solo practices are typically live in under a week. Multi-location practices in 2–4 weeks depending on data migration scope. Network rollouts have a dedicated implementation lead.
Can I migrate from my existing EHR?
Yes — we offer guided data migration on Growth and Network plans. Most major EHR exports are supported. Talk to sales for the specifics on your system.
Is Cloud Clinic HIPAA-compliant?
