How is CloudClinic priced?
CloudClinic is priced as a monthly platform fee per practice, plus a small per-provider seat. We don’t price per encounter or per AI generation — your AI usage is included on every plan. Contact sales for exact pricing for your team size.
Is AI usage really unlimited?
Yes — AI Scribe, Encounter Summaries, Aesthetic Analysis, Blood Analysis, Peptide and Health Recommendations are all included at the tier they appear, with no per-generation usage caps. We have a fair-use policy for genuinely abusive volumes (we’ll reach out, never silently throttle).
Do I need a separate EHR?
No. CloudClinic IS your EHR. Charting, problem lists, allergies, vitals, encounter notes, prescriptions, labs, and the patient timeline all live in CloudClinic.
How long does implementation take?
Solo practices are typically live in under a week. Multi-location practices in 2–4 weeks depending on data migration scope. Enterprise rollouts have a dedicated implementation lead.
Can I migrate from my existing EHR?
Yes — we offer guided data migration on Growth and Enterprise plans. Most major EHR exports are supported. Talk to sales for the specifics on your system.
Is CloudClinic HIPAA-compliant?
